This policy explains what information M/S Caprio, trading as Caprio Furnitures ("Caprio", "we", "us"), collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we collect the details you give us:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide it
• What you are interested in and any message you write

We also record how you reached the site, so we know which of our advertisements and links are working. This includes advertising and campaign parameters in the page address (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid), the page you enquired from and the page that referred you. These are kept in your browser only for the current visit and sent to us together with your enquiry. If you tap a WhatsApp button on the site, we may record that the button was tapped, with the same information, but never the content of any message.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you, understand what you need, and arrange a showroom visit or share options. If you ask about full home interiors, we may pass your enquiry to our sister company Caprio Interiors (also M/S Caprio). We use the advertising parameters to measure and improve our marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account and a copy is sent to our email inbox. Google acts as our service provider for this storage. If you send your enquiry through WhatsApp, it is handled in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with anyone outside Caprio other than the service providers we use to store and manage enquiries, who may use it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it, and for any longer period required by law. After that we delete them.

Your choices and requesting deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at caprioestates@gmail.com from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you gave, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
